According to the Oxford dictionary, the meaning of education is a process of teaching, training, and learning, especially in schools or colleges, to improve knowledge and develop skills, and academics means subjects that students study in school or college.
Now, are academics enough for a person to lead a fruitful life, a happy life, a life with a reason wherein we know what we are doing and why we are doing it. The process of teaching, training and learning is another aspect of mass production nowadays. The students are but mute spectators to one person speaking and participating. Is it the correct methodology? Should not education be a two-way story wherein the person teaching and the person being taught, both should be equal participants?
But many changes occurs in NEP of India
